Alter provides a no-code platform that enables employees to build AI-powered digital versions of themselves to automate repetitive work tasks. Our services include platform access, AI model integration, and related support services.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

6. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • We may change our fees with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

In no event shall Alter AI, Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
